I. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Turnaround times are estimates. I will attempt to complete orders within an estimated turnaround time.

II. EDITED IMAGE STORAGE: Bailey White Photo Editor stores processed files for 30 days following order completion. Clients are notified via email of order completion. Any potential order issues must be resolved within this 30-day time frame.

III. REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds for services. 

IV. ORDER REDO'S: As all post processing preferences are subjective; I do not offer redos on galleries. I do my best to edit as close to the anchor image as possible. If you are unsatisfied with post processing, please submit feedback so the issues do not happen again on the next catalog.

V. REFUSAL OF SERVICES: Bailey White Photo Editor retains the right to decline or cancel services to any photographer or photography studio at any time.

VI. INVOICING & PAYMENTS: Work and turnaround times do not begin until the invoice has been paid in full.

VII. IMAGE CREDITS: Image credits will be automatically applied to the next catalog containing more images than the image credits. If galleries are smaller, credits will be broken up and distributed at Bailey White's discretion.

VIII. FREE TRIAL RUN: Photographers have the option for (1) free trial run containing up to 50 edited images. If a photographer elects to do a free trial, the 'new client image credit' shall not apply.
